Expert jury unveiled three winners, who were given the opportunity to perform the author's photography in Technopolis GS jointly with the renowned curators. Alexey Shinkarenko is the author of the concept of both the project and the final photo exhibition.

The contest "The birth of the creative town" was the first project initiated by the Creative platform GS Fund, registered in 2014. The Fund handles the development of the Technopolis GS creative environment. Its objectives include support of the unique cultural and social initiatives of the Kaliningrad region residents. The Fund will be officially introduced at the photo exhibition.
