The Technopolis GS residential area is a unique project that embodies ideas of the world’s leading urban planners.
Cluster residents live in comfortable modern homes with a well-developed everyday infrastructure: playgrounds, sports and recreation areas, bicycle lanes, and bike racks. The streets in the area are named after great Russian scientists. Next to the residential area is a memorial park commemorating the 100th anniversary of World War I.
