“PROFI – Results of the Year” award in the nomination “Investor of the Year” has once again been given to General Satellite Corporation, the general investor of “Technopolis GS” project. The 19th ceremony was held on December 7, 2012, at the Kaliningrad State Technical University. The head of the regional administration Nikolay Tsukanov, business elite, politicians and journalists attended the event.
The annual “PROFI – Results of the Year” prize is awarded in 12 nominations, such as “Investor of the Year”, “Project of the Year”, “Leader of the Year”, “Brand of the Year”, etc. The prize winners are organizations and directors who have reached considerable results during the year and are highly respected by the local business and public. The award is aimed at creating a positive image of the Kaliningrad region and backing credibility of professional and talented managers.
Over 100 experts vote to select the winners. The jury consists of major local and foreign companies’ heads, members of business associations, regional government ministers and previous years’ winners.
Elena Dodonova, HR Director of “Technopolis GS”, attended the ceremony and received the prize on behalf of the company’s senior management.
“By all means, it is a great honor for us to receive this valuable award again,” she said. “Because this is not only developing the specific business that we invest in – we also invest into the region’s economy as well as in human resources, a team of professionals who work at the factories of “Technopolis GS”.
